How did Synchronicity Sweetheart come to be?

Synchronicity Sweetheart grew from my own healing journey and the countless meaningful coincidences that guided me back to myself. After years of misdiagnosis and searching for answers, I began noticing patterns, signs, and moments of clarity that felt too aligned to ignore. Over time those experiences became a spiritual practice, a storytelling path, and a calling to help others understand the messages in their own lives. Synchronicity Sweetheart is the result. It is a space where intuition, healing, and real life meet with purpose and heart.

What is Synchronicity?

Synchronicity refers to meaningful coincidences that connects inner awareness with external experience. In this space, synchronicity is explored through reflection, pattern recognition, and personal insight, not prediction or belief systems. The focus is on understanding how awareness, experience, and meaning intersect in real life.

What is mediumship? What are the different types of mediumship?

A conscious connection beyond the physical. Mediumship is the ability to connect with non-physical consciousness, most often a loved one who has passed. The medium will bring through evidence, healing, and meaningful communication. It is not prediction or intuition. What are the different types of mediumship? Evidential mediumship focuses on verifiable information that confirms the identity of the communicator. This may include: personality traits, shared memories, specific details (relationships, events, mannerisms) emotional recognition. The purpose is validation, proof of connection to the spirit loved one, followed by meaningful communication and healing. Trance mediumship, the medium enters a deep altered state of awareness. Rather than translating information, the medium allows a spirit communicator to work through their awareness. Trance mediumship may involve: Spoken communication, healing energy, philosophical or spiritual teaching. The medium remains safe, conscious, and ethically bound throughout the process. Physical mediumship, involves the use of physical energy to allow phenomena such as: Changes in temperature or atmosphere. Audible sounds or movement. Energetic manifestations.

What is the difference between a psychic and a medium?

A psychic tunes into the energetic patterns, emotions, and intuitive impressions surrounding your life. A medium connects with loved ones and spiritual guides in the non-physical world to bring through evidence, reassurance, and deeper clarity. I work with both abilities to offer a grounded and heart-centered experience that helps you understand the signs, synchronicities, and meaningful guidance unfolding in your life.

What is trance healing? Is it different from Reiki?

Trance healing involves the practitioner entering an altered state of awareness. They shift into a deeper mental state and step back from active direction. Healing energy flows through them rather than from them. The session may feel quieter and more inward. What is Reiki®? Reiki is a structured Japanese healing system developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s. The practitioner stays fully conscious and alert. They place hands lightly on or just above your body. Energy flows through trained hand positions. Sessions follow a consistent structure. Reiki training includes specific attunements and levels. Key Differences: State of the practitioner: Reiki, fully conscious and directing hand placements. Trance healing, altered or expanded awareness. Structure: Reiki, fixed hand positions and lineage training. Trance healing, less structured and more spirit led. Experience: Reiki often feels grounding and calming. Trance healing often feels deeper, heavier, more immersive, calming. What They Share: Both aim to calm your nervous system. Both support emotional release. Both complement medical care but do not replace it. Both can be done remotely.

What is animal communication?

Animal communication is the intuitive exchange of thoughts, feelings, and impressions between humans and animals. It allows me to connect with an animal’s energy to understand their needs, emotions, and perspectives in a deeper way. This process helps bring clarity, comfort, and harmony to the relationship between an animal and their person.

How do I prepare for a session?

Approach with an Open Mind: Be open to the possibilities of connecting with your loved ones in the spirit realm. Release any skepticism or preconceived notions, allowing yourself to be receptive to the experience. Be open to who comes through. The person who you may want to come through may not. Set Positive Intentions: The night before the reading, take a moment to set your intentions. Focus on connecting with specific loved ones or seeking guidance on certain matters. This clarity can enhance the reading. At this time, take a moment to write down any questions you have. Once the reading is complete you can read your questions to make sure all were answered. If not, they will be addressed at that time. Be Patient and Relaxed: Mediumship readings may take time to develop and may not always provide immediate results. Stay patient and relaxed during the session, allowing the medium to work in their own way. Provide Minimal Information: Avoid sharing too many details or emotional cues about your situation. Let the medium provide the information, validating their connection rather than the other way around. Acknowledge Validations: If the medium provides accurate information, acknowledge it without revealing too much. This helps the medium maintain their connection and build upon the reading. Ask Questions Wisely: If you have specific questions for your loved ones in spirit, ask them respectfully and clearly. Understand that not all spirits may come through or respond to specific inquiries. Stay Open to Symbolic Messages: Spirits may communicate through symbols, images, or feelings. Be open to interpreting these messages, even if they may not seem immediately obvious. Take Notes: During the reading, jot down important points or messages to reflect upon later. It can help you process the information and gain deeper insights. Follow-Up with Self-Reflection: After the reading, take time to reflect on the messages received. It's common for additional insights to arise after the session. Remember that mediumship readings are subjective experiences, and interpretations can vary. Ultimately, it's about finding comfort, closure, and healing in the connection with the spirit world. Approach the experience with respect, an open heart, and a willingness to embrace the unknown.

What are signs?

Signs are meaningful experiences that the Universe/Spirit uses to help guide, heal, and connect us. They feel personal. They stand out. They often repeat. What are common examples of signs? A specific song playing at the right moment. Repeating numbers. Feathers, birds, butterflies, or animals connected to your loved one. A sudden scent of perfume or cologne. Vivid dreams with a strong presence. A conversation with someone and they mention a word or a phrase (that in the conversation makes no sense) but the word or phrase makes sense to you. They don’t even realize they made no sense. Signs are personal. Trust your experience.
